The full story

Dr Reena Sohal provides Ayurvedic consultations at Dental & Wellness London. She trained in Ayurveda at Ayurveda Pura London (Diploma Ayurvedic Therapist, 2017). She also holds a dental degree (BDS Liverpool, 2006) and is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC 104355), although she does not see dental patients at DWL.

Her Ayurvedic work is based in classical principles (Vata, Pitta and Kapha assessment; agni and digestion; ojas and resilience), applied through a contemporary, transparent lens. Where an approach has modern evidence behind it she says so, and where it rests on traditional practice she is open about that too.

Patients often see her about recurrent inflammation, digestion, sleep, stress and lifestyle patterns, and her consultations sit alongside the clinic's dental, skin and nutrition care rather than replacing it. Ayurvedic advice supports, and does not replace, care from your GP or dentist.

Ayurvedic input looks at the patterns that may sit behind recurring symptoms. It works alongside conventional care, never in place of it.
