Onda Coolwaves microwave fat reduction, laser hair removal, personal training, and nutritional therapy — integrated with the broader aesthetic and dental work the practice is built around.

Body wellness at Dental Wellness London includes Onda Coolwaves microwave body contouring, advanced laser hair removal, tattoo removal, hyperhidrosis treatment, and nutritional therapy with eating psychology specialism (delivered by Nicoletta Peloni, mGNC and mANP registered, qualified at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine). Body services connect to whatever else is going on — sleep patterns, stress responses, jaw tension, dental treatment, hormone shifts. Free initial consultations.
Most non-surgical body sculpting clinics in London operate as standalone aesthetic businesses — a single discipline, often a single technology, sold as a discrete treatment. The body sculpting offering at Dental & Wellness London is structured differently. It sits as one of the four integrated disciplines under one roof — alongside dentistry, aesthetic medicine, and integrative wellness — and the patient conversation around body sculpting and non-surgical body treatments runs in connection with the other three.
The principle the practice works to: the body is connected; we treat the whole system. A patient who arrives for fat reduction at most clinics is assessed for fat reduction. At Dental & Wellness London, the same conversation also looks at the broader patterns — body composition history, nutritional patterns, postural and movement factors, the airway and sleep picture that affects metabolic health, the masseter contribution to lower-face appearance. The treatment may sit in body wellness, but the assessment is whole-body. Considered, conservative, never rushed, and integrated with our aesthetic medicine and dental work — that is the operating frame.
Body contouring technology is a noisy market. Some of it works. Some of it doesn't. We use Onda Coolwaves because the evidence is strong, results are repeatable, and patients actually maintain them. We're not stocking five devices because we've been sold five subscriptions.
Nicoletta isn't a wellness influencer with a one-week course. She's qualified at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, registered with mGNC and mANP, and specialises in gut-brain work and eating psychology. Real protocols. Real follow-up. Real change.
If you're considering body work, your sleep, stress, hormones and dental health all matter. We notice when an Invisalign patient has gut symptoms. We notice when a body contouring patient is clenching her jaw at night. The integration changes outcomes.
Body and aesthetic clinics tend to feel transactional — bright lights, busy reception, fast turnover. Our space is the opposite. Considered, quiet, unhurried. It changes how the appointment feels and what you take from it.

Stubborn weight that doesn't shift with diet and exercise. Bloating that no elimination protocol resolves. Stress that keeps showing up as belly fat or muscle tension. These are common — and they're rarely solved by body treatments alone.
That's why Nicoletta often sees patients who've been to ten other practitioners. The patterns most clinics miss are the ones that connect cortisol, gut microbiome, sleep architecture and dental inflammation. Address the loop, not just the symptom — and the body responds.

View all FAQs →It can be, with careful choice of device and settings, and a patch test first. Some treatments, including IPL, are usually avoided on the darkest skin types. We assess this at consultation.
No. We postpone laser treatment during pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precaution.
It depends on the treatment. At Dental & Wellness London, Islington, pigmentation and facial vessel treatments are from £80 per session, and laser resurfacing and laser tightening are from £195. The consultation is £65, redeemable in full.
Mild-to-moderate laxity — post-pregnancy abdominal laxity (mild-to-moderate), mild upper-arm laxity, mild thigh laxity. Significant laxity is better served by body-contouring surgery (abdominoplasty, brachioplasty etc.) and we refer to plastic surgery if that's appropriate. We are explicit about non-surgical limits.
Most plans are 3 to 6 sessions, about four weeks apart. We recommend a number at consultation based on your concern and your skin.
Yes — mature surgical scars respond to the Lynton fractional laser through collagen-remodelling and improved texture matching surrounding skin. Multi-session protocols typical. Best results when started 12+ months after the surgery (mature scarring rather than active healing). We assess and recommend during consultation.
For the right concern and skin type, yes. Results build over a course of sessions. It improves tone, texture and fine lines but does not replace a surgical lift.
IPL and Q-switched treatments usually need little or no downtime, though spots darken and flake over about a week. Resurfacing can leave skin red and rough for a few days.
For localised back-of-arm fat in patients within healthy weight range, yes — visible reduction over 4-6 sessions. For combined fat + significant skin laxity ('bingo wings' often involves both), combined plans with skin tightening produce better outcomes than fat reduction alone.
Possible for patients with reduced skin elasticity. Combined plans (Onda + Lynton) avoid this. We assess at consultation and recommend combined approach where indicated.
PAH risk profile specifically. We assessed Coolsculpting against Onda when setting up the service; the PAH risk made Onda the preferable choice for our practice. Not a claim Coolsculpting is unsafe — a clinical-judgment call.
Combined approaches outperform single-modality. Septae-focused work + fat-layer modification + skin tightening + lifestyle support typically produces best outcomes. Single-device 'cellulite cures' usually disappoint.
No — cellulite is structural (fat pushing through connective tissue), not just fat. Standard fat-reduction often doesn't improve cellulite and sometimes worsens it. Different treatment approach needed.
Combined plans are quoted in writing at consultation, depending on severity and the number of sessions, with each component priced transparently. We offer 0% APR finance over 12 months via Tabeo, subject to status.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Weight loss without muscle preservation can worsen cellulite (loss of skin tension). Weight loss with appropriate exercise and nutrition often improves cellulite mildly.
Less effective when underlying body composition has more general weight to address. We discuss honestly at consultation — sometimes weight management conversation comes first; sometimes combined approach with body composition support works.
No — no treatment 'cures' cellulite reliably. Realistic outcome is 1-2 grade improvement on the Nurnberger-Muller scale across combined plans. Maintenance protocols sustain improvement.
