Why the tier decision matters more than the price difference
A lighter plan for a case that needs more means the aligner allowance may not be enough, and refinements beyond what it covers can incur extra cost. A fuller plan for a simple case means paying for unused capacity. Our current Invisalign plans are Express, Moderate and Unlimited.

The plans at a glance
Invisalign Express £2,200 for minor alignment; Moderate £3,400 for moderate cases; Unlimited £4,500–£4,900 for complex cases. Length of treatment and aligner numbers are set out in your ClinCheck plan. See our Invisalign cost page for detail.
Which case suits which plan
Express suits minor movement; Moderate suits moderate crowding or spacing; Unlimited suits complex cases, including significant bite correction. Which applies is a clinical judgement, not a price decision.
How we decide at consultation
Clinical examination, iTero digital scan, ClinCheck preview showing predicted aligner count, and an honest discussion if the case is borderline. Orthodontic and Invisalign consultations are free. For wider context, read how much Invisalign costs in the UK.

The 5-Year Unlimited consideration
For very complex cases or patients wanting maximum flexibility, the Unlimited plan (£4,500–£4,900) includes multi-year aligner cover; full terms and conditions apply.
