Dr Vishal Patel -known as Vee to patients and colleagues- founded Dental & Wellness London in 2009 after a decade of single-discipline private dentistry. The clinic was built around a simple conviction: that the mouth, the face, and the body are one anatomy, and that patients are best served when dental care sits alongside aesthetic medicine and wellness practitioners under a single clinical roof. Two decades into clinical practice and over 15,000 cases delivered across two decades, Vee continues to personally see patients across cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, TMJ care, and aesthetic medicine. He is the sole aesthetic prescriber for the clinic - every aesthetic medicine treatment delivered at DWL is prescribed by him personally, which keeps clinical responsibility undiluted. What Vee personally delivers: cosmetic dentistry (composite bonding, porcelain veneers, smile design); Invisalign (full range from Express to unlimited aligners); TMJ care + Davies-technique hard stabilisation splint; aesthetic medicine (sole prescriber for DWL); combined dental + aesthetic consultations for jaw tension, smile aesthetics, and any case where dental and aesthetic dimensions need integrated planning. Aesthetic medicine training: Vee has worked in facial aesthetics for ten years. His training includes the International Fellowship in Advanced Aesthetic Science (IFAAS); a facial anatomy and cadaver course with Dr Ali Pirayesh at the University of Amsterdam; foundation training in injectable aesthetics with Harley Academy; manufacturer training with IBSA for Profhilo and with NeoStrata for skin peels and skincare; and Lynton Lasers training for laser and ONDA body treatments.
