A HydraFacial at our Islington clinic is from £160 per session, or £800 for a course of six. Here is what is included.
A HydraFacial at Dental & Wellness London, Islington costs from £160 per session. A course of six is £800, one session saved against booking six singles. The price covers the full three-step treatment: cleanse and exfoliate, extract, then hydrate and protect. London prices usually range from about £150 to over £300.

At Dental & Wellness London in Islington, a HydraFacial is from £160 per session. A course of six is £800, which works out as one session saved against booking six singles. HydraFacial prices across London vary widely, depending on the clinic, the length of the treatment and which boosters are included, so it is worth asking exactly what a quoted price covers before you compare.
Every price is confirmed before you book, and there is no pressure to commit to a course. Many people start with one session to see how their skin responds, and decide on a course afterwards, once they have seen the result on their own skin rather than in a photograph.
We publish our prices because we think you should be able to plan without a sales conversation. Where the cost of your treatment would differ from the starting price, we tell you before the appointment begins, not at the desk afterwards.
The skin check matters more than it sounds. Before any device touches your skin, we ask about your current routine, any active ingredients you use, recent treatments, medicines and skin sensitivities. Some things, such as recent strong exfoliating treatments or a flare of irritated skin, are reasons to adjust or postpone the facial rather than press ahead. That is part of what you are paying for: a clinical judgement, not only a treatment.
HydraFacial uses a patented device and single-use serum cartridges, and it is delivered in a clinical setting. The result is more consistent than a manual facial: congestion is cleared by gentle suction, and serums are infused rather than simply applied.
A traditional facial depends heavily on the hands and habits of the therapist. Extractions are often done manually, which can leave skin red, marked or irritated, and the products used vary from one appointment to the next. HydraFacial standardises the core of the treatment. The exfoliation is controlled, the extraction is done by suction rather than pressure, and the hydrating and antioxidant serums are delivered as part of the same pass. The single-use cartridges are a real cost to the clinic, and so is the time of a trained practitioner who assesses your skin first.
In short, the price reflects three things: the device and consumables, the clinical setting, and the judgement of the person treating you. A cheaper facial is not necessarily worse, but it is a different service. For a wider comparison, see HydraFacial vs microdermabrasion vs chemical peel.
When you compare HydraFacial prices in London, the headline figure rarely tells the whole story. The things that usually make the difference are:
For brighter, smoother, better-hydrated skin with no downtime, most people find it worthwhile, especially before an event or as regular maintenance. It is not a treatment for deeper lines, sagging or active acne; for those we would talk about Profhilo, microneedling or a medical skin plan. We will tell you honestly if another treatment would give you more for your money.
It tends to be good value for people whose main concerns are dullness, dehydration, mild congestion, enlarged-looking pores and a slightly uneven surface. It is less good value if you are hoping for a structural change. A facial works on the surface of the skin; it does not rebuild collagen in the way that some other treatments aim to, and it does not replace a consistent home routine with daily sun protection.
The result of one session lasts around two to four weeks. A course of six, roughly monthly, builds a more lasting improvement in texture and clarity. Read more about the treatment itself on our HydraFacial page.
A single HydraFacial suits you if you want a reliable glow before a wedding, a photograph or a busy period of work, or if you simply want to try the treatment. Because there is no downtime, you can usually have it a few days beforehand and return to your plans straight away. We would avoid booking it for the first time on the day before a major event, only so that you know how your skin responds.
A course suits you if you want a cumulative change: skin that stays clearer between appointments, pores that look less congested, and a surface that stays smoother. Regular, monthly treatment is also when a home routine starts to matter most, because the clinic appointments and what you do each day work together.
The course of six is £800, which is the price of five single sessions at £160: in effect, the sixth session is included. If you are likely to have HydraFacials regularly, the course is the more economical choice. If you are not sure, start with one session; you are not committing to anything until you choose to.
Most people describe the treatment as comfortable, with a cool, slightly tingling sensation during exfoliation and a gentle pull during extraction. Skin may look a little pink for a short while afterwards, and is usually fine for the rest of the day.
Whatever you spend on a facial, the result depends partly on what happens between appointments. The simplest things make the largest difference: a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser suited to your skin, and broad-spectrum SPF every day. We usually suggest avoiding strong exfoliating acids, retinoids and heat treatments such as saunas for a day or two after treatment.
If you would like a more structured home routine, we use NeoStrata professional skincare at the clinic, and through our pharmacy partner we can also supply brands such as ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, Obagi, La Roche-Posay and Heliocare. There is no obligation to buy anything; we would rather you used a few well-chosen products consistently than many products occasionally.
Every skin plan at Dental & Wellness London is overseen by Dr Vishal Patel, who has ten years of experience in facial aesthetics and is trained in NeoStrata clinical skincare. That oversight is why we can tell you, plainly, when a HydraFacial is the right choice and when your money would go further elsewhere. Results vary from person to person, and we will not promise an outcome we cannot stand behind.
