For the capable person who still doesn't quite believe it — and why lasting confidence is built in the body as much as the mind.
Confidence coaching in London is a structured service that helps you build durable self-trust rather than surface bravado — working on the beliefs, habits and physical patterns that undermine you. Sessions typically cost £90–£250, last 50–60 minutes, and run as a programme of six to twelve. Choose a coach accredited by the ICF, EMCC or AC.

All confidence coaching metrics map directly to the whole-person, integrative framework of the clinic.

| Discovery call — 20 minutes, free | Mutual fit assessment and a first read on what is actually undermining you. |
| Intake session — around 90 minutes | A map of where confidence fails you, the beliefs underneath it, and what success would genuinely look like. |
| Regular sessions — 50–60 minutes, weekly or fortnightly | Each works the current blocker and closes with one stretching action between sessions. |
| Midpoint review — around session four or five | An honest stocktake and recalibration. |
| Closing session | Consolidating what changed and how to hold it without ongoing sessions. |

Coaching works forward from where you are — building self-trust through evidence and action, for people who are functioning and want to function better. Therapy works with the roots, often the past, and is the right answer when low self-worth is tied to trauma, depression, or a long history of being undermined.
Yes — it is the single most common reason people come. The work is rarely about adding competence, since most people with imposter syndrome are demonstrably capable. It is about closing the gap between genuine ability and the felt sense of it.
There is no honest fixed answer. A specific confidence challenge often shifts within six sessions. A long-standing belief about your own worth takes longer and usually benefits from twelve, sometimes with somatic work alongside.
Because confidence is physical before it is cognitive. The breath, posture and jaw tension that come with self-doubt aren't just symptoms — they help maintain the state. Working only on mindset while the body keeps signalling threat tends to stall.
Most UK private health insurance does not cover confidence coaching, as it is classed as personal development rather than medical treatment. Some workplace wellbeing programmes include coaching, so it is worth checking your employer's offering.
If you are weighing up confidence coaching, the right first step is a 20-minute discovery call to test fit. We'll talk through what tends to undermine you, describe how we work, and decide together whether to go ahead — with no pressure either way.
